Cristina Banks, Ph.D. is a professor at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley with expertise in human resources practices. She served for five years as the Director Undergraduate Programs for the Haas School. She has consulted with KIPP Charter Schools and was an early supporter of Bright Horizons Preschools. Through her career, she has founded, grown and sold several businesses such as Right Management Consultants and Terranova. Cris has served on several corporate boards, including Whole Foods. She currently sits on the Advisory Board of Leadership California and is president and founder of Lamorinda Consulting LLC.

David Dembitz currently serves as an independent internet professional and also works on the Silicon Valley K4 team of the Keiretsu Forum who created the Keiretsu University. He brings more than twenty-two years of sales and marketing management experience in networking, high tech and start-up companies. At “AboveNet acting as Sr. V.P. of Sales he brought his wealth of experience in building channels, sales teams and further developing brand awareness with start-up companies which valued partnerships. Prior to this he held similar position for AboveNet, ISDNet, and was the Senior Manager of Worldwide Sales for SynOptics, and Burroughs/Unisys Corporation.

Chris Law, Founder of Aggregate Knowledge, is a serial entrepreneur and was previously a founder of Indigo Technologies and Tribe Networks, which was acquired by Cisco. He has been in product management roles his entire career at companies such as Trilogy/pcOrder and Kontiki. Chris has a Bachelors of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.

Brad Mattson is a well known entrepreneur from the Semiconductor Equipment Industry. Starting his career at Applied Materials, he was later the founder, CEO and Chairman of both Novellus Systems and Mattson Technology; to this date the only individual to start and grow two publicly traded semiconductor equipment firms. Not just a business person, Mr. Mattson holds 12 patents in semiconductor technology. In 2005, he was listed as on of the top 50 most influential people in the Semiconductor Industry.

Bill Reichert is managing director at Garage Technology Venture. He has more than 20 years experience as an entrepreneur and an operating executive. He sits on the boards of CaseStack, WhiteHat, ClearFuels, cFares and ThermoCeramix. Prior to Garage, Bill has been a co-founder or senior executive in several venture-backed technology startups, including Trademark Software, The Learning Company and Academic Systems. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and the World Bank.

Kelly Sang is the General Manager, Alibaba.com U.S. and Director, International Business Development and Marketing responsible for the operation of the Alibaba.com North American office located in Santa Clara, California. Previously, Sang was a Senior Marketing Manager for Hyperion Solutions Corporation. Prior to Hyperion, Sang was the Co-founder and VP of marketing for Free Fly Education, an English literacy startup that was later acquired by private investors in China. Sang’s experience also includes years at SAS, roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Hopkins Design Group and the Institute of Applied Social Policy Standards. Sang holds an MBA from North Carolina State University, a master of arts in social statistics from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor of arts in English from Peking University in Beijing, China.
